We are excited about the month of February and would like to introduce residents to our new “Star Performer” program. The program is an employee recognition initiative to identify staff members who have made an extra effort with assistance, service and care to residents.
Five staff members will be identified bi-monthly through resident comments, management & employee nominations. The staff members will wear a “Star Performer” badge as part of their recognition. Residents are encouraged to participate with nominations as we look to cultivate a culture of excellence and appreciation at San Sereno.
If you feel a staff member has exceeded expectations you are welcome to email your nomination and a brief explanation to comments@ sansereno.co.za. Alternatively, if you would prefer to make an anonymous nomination, a comments box will be placed at the Concierge desk.
Valentine’s Day is the only day of the year where 75% of all chocolate around the world is purchased my males, otherwise every other day 75% of chocolate purchases are made by females.
