Charlene is a seasoned Human Resources professional, bringing over 13 years of experience – most notably in the hospitality industry. With a BCom in HR Management, she’s known for creating values-driven workplaces.

Her journey began at Durban’s iconic Protea Hotel Edward and continued through impactful roles at Marriott International and Hospitality Property Fund. At Auria, Charlene focuses on talent development, organisational growth, and fostering an intentionally kind and engaged culture across our Auria communities. “A happy, engaged team delivers care with genuine heart,” she says. As an active member of the South African Board for People Practices, she remains committed to driving meaningful impact to our residents, through her support of our team.
