Emma joined Auria Senior Living in May 2024, bringing a dynamic mix of development expertise, strategic insight, and heart. Originally from Cape Town, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies from UCT.

Her career began in private equity property funds, later expanding into healthcare infrastructure with Akeso Clinics, where she led major hospital projects and rose to Group Commercial Manager at Netcare. Now as Auria’s Development and Infrastructure Director, Emma is passionate about creating spaces that uplift lives. “It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to something driven by both purpose and excellence,” she says. She’s inspired by Auria’s values-led culture and collaborative spirit. Outside of work, Emma is a joyful mom, Padel enthusiast, and lover of Joburg’s vibrant food scene. Known for her warmth and vision, she brings energy, empathy, and lasting impact to everything she does.
