Johann has been part of the Auria family since 2020, starting as Executive Chef at Melrose Manor before stepping into the role of General Manager in 2022.

With 23 years of hospitality experience and a qualification from HTA Hotel School, he brings both skill and kindness to everything he does. Johann is passionate about creating a warm, enriching environment for residents – where every day feels special. “It’s a privilege to learn from their stories and share in their lives,” he says. For Johann, working at Auria is more than a role – it’s a calling. Outside of work, Johann finds balance in nature, hiking, camping, and training in various martial arts. His unique blend of discipline and compassion makes him a valued and beloved part of the Auria community.
