Louise, our Group Head of Care, brings over 30 years of heart, expertise, and leadership to her role. A Registered Nurse with specialisations in Intensive Care, Midwifery, and Psychiatric Nursing, her journey began in a Cardiac ICU – where she first witnessed the strength of the human spirit.

Driven to make a broader impact, Louise pursued an MBA and went on to lead a prominent Sandton private hospital for 13 years as General Manager.

Today at Auria, she blends clinical excellence with strategic insight, leading and supporting our care teams with compassion and purpose. “Helping others feel healthier and happier is what I truly care about,” she shares – a simple truth that continues to shape every decision she makes.
