With over 20 years in hospitality, Melissa brings passion, warmth, and global experience to her role at Auria and Woodside. Her journey began with the Protea Hotels Group, where she rose through the ranks across several iconic properties, eventually becoming a General Manager.

In 2017 she joined the Radisson Group, helping launch the first Radisson Red in Dubai. Melissa holds qualifications from The Cape Town Hotel School and Harvard Business School, and she continues to grow both professionally and personally. She’s known for forming genuine connections and creating spaces where people feel seen and valued. “Every day, I get to make a meaningful difference,” she says. Her love for people, animals, and a good cup of tea reflects her nurturing spirit – one that brings heart and connection to everything she does.
