All units offer an open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and drying yard. All patios are covered, and depending on orientation, certain patios offer wind protection with window fenestrations. All garages enjoy the use of automated garage doors with backup batteries. All our garden villas are being offered on a fully refurbished basis. New residents will be able to choose certain aspects of the final finishes, and our on-site project manager will assist in guiding you through the process so that you move into a home aligned to your personal preference.
